Just an hour ago, the joyful singer posted a picture of her signing a Brand Ambassador contract with telecommunications giants MTN. Making her the latest signing by the telecomms power house.
She posted the picture and wrote on her face book fan page,

"To God Be The Glory, ‪#‎MTNNIGERIA‬ ‪#‎BrandAmbassador‬. I don Port O!! ‪#‎OnceUponATime‬".

For those who have followed Nigerian music closely for over a decade, you should know the name ALABAI.

Alabai is not a new name in the music industry. His career goes as far back as 1995 when he founded the legendary hip hop band known as DEF O CLAN which consisted of ALABAI, Azadus, Buzman, CYCLONE, B.L, DAC EYE, and RABBI.

The group members went their separate ways after Azadus scored a solo deal in 2001. Since then, Alabai has graduated from the University of Calabar and has worked as an OAP on a couple of radio stations. His major solo release till date is the 2008 single “Voice of God”.

Alabai’s 2013 comeback single was“Ogbanje” and he still has it in him and now he is back with his new single called “YOUR BOBO”.

BBA 8 UPDATE: BEVERLY AND ANGELO GETS DOWN WHILE POKELLO AND ELIKEM WATCH

I watched this myself but would get the video and more pictures later. Nigeria's representative Beverly Osu in a fake drunk state finally gets down with Angelo while housemates Pokello and Elikem watch. 
While the party was going on downstairs, the pair sneaked upstairs and turned off the lights to continue from where they stopped last weekend and even went further with audible sounds of moaning as the dirty thing was going on. For the untimely intervention of another housemate Bassey who came and cut them off while chiding Beverly for the shameful behaviour, they would have gone on and on. Pictures and video later. Meanwhile I snapped the picture above with my blackberry.

Young Paperboyz, The Nigerian Hiphop/Pop Duo is back with a new visual for the track ‘Make Love, Hit It’ featuring Dj Nikita Noskow. This is taken from upcoming EP Project Naija Boss Techno Reloaded which will be in store september 15th 2013, Directed by Mayor Boss Production.

For the fans, if you ain't know it, Young Paperboyz is a Nigerian Hip-hop, R&B & Pop group based in Europe. They are one of the hottest artists in Nigeria and Europe with over 17,000 sales on iTunes from the past years. Young Paperboyz continued to develop as a artist and Songwriter by working under some of Nigeria, UK, Germany, Ukraine USA’s biggest Musical names such as Lil Jojo, Hardx,, Angeliya, Logan Chapman, Alex Martin, Sutflute, Tustep and many others.

EXCLUSIVE NEWS: FLOOD VICTIM GOES TOUGH ON CONTRACTORS

I saw this video on youtube and was struck by two things. First despite the funny attitude of this particular woman who is a victim of flooding caused by ill done construction work by contractors in a part of Jamaica, she painstakingly aired her view without even a swear word which is really impressive for an aggravated person.
Secondly, it is so inhuman leaving people to wallow in this kind of hard conditions with children and the aged involved. This is a pure case of sheer neglect on the part of the contractors in this situation.
Hopefully the authorities in Kingston, Jamaica would do something to salvage the plight of the citizenry.

Few days ago, a supposed male version and response to Waje's I Wish done by a new act who goes by the stage name SaShay Gaan surfaced on-line and appeared on major Music Blogs. It's coming in a year after Waje released her own version and in a way revived the original song. Waje had a good dose of the song and later came on Twitter to confess that she welcomed the song.

She tweeted: "My fav i wish cover" alongside with a download link to the song.

The song which is said to be produced by SaShay himself turned out to be a well-made song with a catchy chorus and nice lines. Listen to it and you'll know why Waje welcomed this song.

Mr. Charass the hook master of the MMM GANG debuts with Tinini Tanana, a cool tempo sound.

Music for Victor Chinedu Onyewuchi a.k.a Mr. Charass, started in his school days at F.C.S. He represented his school in Music and Sport competitions.

A delay in quest for admission into the University after his secondary education pushed him to focus and explore his music talent. In the process, he formed a group called Best–Team with his friends, Emmanuel Obiako also known as Young I.B and Chukwuka O. Michael also known as Chupizu. The coalition birthed singles like “Omalicha” and “So Fly” and they still make music together till date.

Mr. Charass was later spotted by the C.E.O of MMM Records, Patrick Edgar Obi and was offered a record deal which he gladly accepted and recorded a song titled “Whyne Am For Me”. The song was produced by Sahara productions. The zealous artiste is still recording and working ahead of his first album.

Charass is from Mbaise LGA of Imo State, Nigeria but was born and bred in Jos. Asides singing, he is a very good dancer.
