NEWS ALERT: I'm Sorry by Illbliss continues to lead ‘MTV Base Official Naija Top 10


“I’m Sorry” continues to dominate MTV Base Official Naija Top 10 Powered by Star Music, sitting pretty at the top of the chart for the second week running.
MTV Base VJ Ehis is joined by celebrated video director Clarence Peters in the Official Naija Top 10 studio to talk through the week’s hottest music videos. This week’s highest climber is D’Banj, moving two places to number 5 with ‘Finally‘. ‘Duro Soke‘ by Olamide goes up one position to number 7 while ‘I Swear‘ by Ice Prince also moves up one place to number 8.

‘Skelewu‘ by MTV Base artist of the month Davido is the only new entry into the chart this week, making its debut at number 9. DJ Xclusive, who previously spent 3 weeks at number one with ‘No Time‘, continues in the number 4 position for the second week running.  ‘Voom Va’ by Skuki remains stuck fast at number 3, while Dr Sid’s ’Talented’ remains at number 6 for the third week running. ‘Ekoloma Demba‘ by Timaya finally slips out of the chart altogether.

On the panel are Onos Ovueraye (Bella Naija.com), DJ Humility (Rhythm FM), DJ Jimmy Jatt, DJ Xclusive (Cool FM), Big Time (Rhythm FM), DJ Caise (The Beat FM), Toolz (The Beat FM) and Osagie Alonge (Nigerian Entertainment Today).

This week’s Official Naija Top 10 premiered on MTV Base on NTA on Friday 12 July, and can be seen onMTV Base (DStv Channel 322) on Tuesday 16 July @22.00 WAT, on AIT on Tuesday 16 July @ 21.30 WAT, and on STV  on Thursday 18 July @ 18.00 WAT.  Next week’s chart will be revealed on Friday 19 July on NTA@ 23.30 WAT.
