ARTISTE MANAGERS ASSOCIATION IN NIGERIA (AMAN) SET TO MAKE HISTORY WITH ABC 2019 UNVEILING

Artiste Managers Association in Nigeria (AMAN) in line with one of its core objectives in relation to midwifing the career of budding artistes from the point of their initial obscurity to an obvious enhanced visibility in the mainstream entertainment circuits and keeping to its mission statement as 'Springboard to Stardom' has established a project which would ensure a promulgation of its basic modus operandi – grooming talents.

The franchise project tagged AMAN Beach Concert (ABC 2019) is geared towards promoting artistes locally and internationally thereby creating jobs for young people, stimulating local economy for communities, enhancing tourism and showcasing the arts and culture of Nigeria.
The unveiling of the organizing committee and showcasing some of the participating AMAN artistes for the maiden edition of ABC2019 is taking place at La Grande Event Centre, opposite the French Village Badagry, Lagos on the 28th of July 2018.

This event will be marked with an elaborate fun fair to signal the dawn of a new beginning in the evolution of Nigerian new wave music business entrepreneurship and promotion of the Afro Hip-Hop culture from the point where the music left our shores originally due to the scourge of slave trade, which has marked out Badagry as a destination of historical relevance and undeniably a town of interest in relation to its tourism potentials.

"The generosity of our supporting artistes and members has been so substantial that we have been able to make hundreds of dreams a reality. Dreams that may have simply stayed as dreams and nothing more, if not for the ever-growing work of our team and of those who want to enhance African Music," says Collins Enebeli (Mavin Grandpa) President of the body.
He further said "I am proud and moved by the large strides made by our growing association which, in such a brief period, has profoundly impacted so many lives. I am in awe of how significantly we are affecting the lives of future African music makers."

AMAN aims to contribute towards the stimulation of the local economy in various ways by our interventionist approach in developing and promoting our arts and culture from this location despite the infrastructural challenges and other related issues of concern.
