The 10th season of Nigeria's premier reality TV
show, Gulder Ultimate Search will be kicking off soon. Once again, the audience
has been given the responsibility of selecting the Gatekeepers that will appear
on this season's show. What they will do on GUS 10 may not be known, but it is
certain that 2 out of the 9 past winners will be voted to these positions by
you the fans.
Last year, 3 Gatekeepers - Dominic Mudabai, Michael
Nwachukwu and Christopher Okagbue, winners of Seasons 4, 5 and 8 respectively,
emerged as the viewers' choice from a pool of 8 past winners. This time, the
list of past winners which the voting public can also vote from includes: Ezeugo
Egwuagu (GUS 1), Lucan Chambliss (GUS 2), Hector Jobarteh (GUS 3), Uche
Nwaezeapu (GUS 6), Oyekunle Oluwaremi (GUS 7) and the reigning champion,
Paschal Eronmose (GUS 9).
Mr. Emmanuel Agu, Marketing Manager – Gulder,
Nigerian Breweries Plc., in his statement said this year will mark the 10th
edition of Gulder Ultimate Search, Nigeria's longest running reality TV show.
Each edition of this outdoor challenge adopts a unique theme and storyline,
which serves as the roadmap for the contestants' challenges.

Gulder Ultimate Search was first staged in 2004 at
the Snake Island in Lagos. Subsequent editions have been held in the hills of
Obudu, Cross Rivers State (2005), the Nigerian Institute For Oil palm Research
(NIFOR), Edo State (2006), Shere Hills in Jos Plateau State (2007), Agwu Hills,
Enugu State (2008), Omodo Forest, Aagba, Osun State (2009), Omo Forest, J4,
Ogun State (2010), Egbetua Ososo, Edo State (2011) and Usaka forest in
Obot-Akara, Akwa Ibom State (2012).
