DELLISH OF NAMIBIA CONQUERS AFRICA: EMERGES WINNER BIG BROTHER AFRICA 8

After expressing her desires to be the first woman to win the Big Brother grand prize since Zambia’s Cherise did so seven seasons ago, Dillish has done it for all of Africa’s women!

The gorgeous Namibian started her Chase race as the proverbial underdog and was labeled everything from lazy to a pampered princess. As the Chase rolled on however, Dillish quickly emerged as a very strong contender for the Chase title and won her fellow Housemates and Africa over, with her quirky, accented alter ego, aptly titled Princess Dillish.

The Namibian made sure to stay away from trouble and coasted through the Chase by taking her place behind the scenes. While her fellow Housemates got themselves into hot water, fighting and gossiping their way to what they hoped was the top of the mountain, Dillish remained grounded and maintained cordial relations with her fellow Housemates.

The only time the Namibian got herself in a spot of trouble was when she and her good friend, Nigeria’s Melvin, had a disagreement after she told her fellow Housemates about a relationship he was involved in, which was less than stellar. Dillish and Cleo proved to all and sundry that women are indeed a force of nature. The two hotties pipped their male counterparts, Elikem and Melvin to the Top 2 while, as well as their close friend Beverly.

Before the big news was delivered, Pebbles the fish surprised all and sundry with one last speech. “On behalf of myself and the other fish, I would like to congratulate you on your amazing feat. You are the specialest ladies in Africa,” Pebbles said.

However, one thing is clear! Tonight is Dillish’s night and oh whata moment it was! As soon as the Namibian was announced the winner of the Chase, the Namibian broke down in a heap of tears at the realisation that she has a cool USD 300 000 sitting in her bank account. Yes Africa. She came, she saw and she conquered. In heels even! Congratulations to Delicious Dillish!

Perhaps the most innocent contestant in the Big Brother Africa house, Dellish representing Namibia who before now has been on the low key in the obscene fun-galore of the house seems to have turned a new leaf.

BBA 8 UPDATE: DRAMA AS HUDDAH AND DENZEL EXIT BIG BROTHER 8 HOUSE

After only a week in the House, Huddah and Denzel were the first to be evicted from the Big Brother 8 house.

This evening, quirky Ugandan Denzel and sexy Huddah from Kenya, became the first two housemates to be evicted from the game. 

The pretty Kenyan had emerged as a rather strong personality, as evidenced by her candid Diary Sessions, where she held no prisoners.

Denzel on the other hand, proved to be a colourful character who entertained his fellow housemates and viewers alike with his crazy antics. We doubt his penis avatar will be forgotten anytime soon. 

This evening’s evictions proved to be rather taxing emotionally, not only for Huddah and Denzel, but also for Ruby Head of House Beverly and Diamonds Head of House, Feza. The two had to stand in front of their fellow housemates to reveal their respective ‘Save and Replace’ decisions.

You could almost hear a pin drop as a deafening hush fell over the lounge when Feza stood to her feet to reveal her swap. When she finally revealed she had put Betty up for possible eviction, the Ethiopian pulled a face and seemed to take it in her stride. Over in the Ruby House, the tears flowed freely after Beverly revealed her swap. Clearly, being Head of House isn’t as glamorous as many people think it is.

When Denzel was told of his fate by live show host IK, the Ugandan gave a defeated smile and quickly made a beeline for the eviction doors. When it was revealed that Huddah was on the first flight back home, Huddah cried bucket loads of tears. Her love interest, Angelo was left shell shocked.

Both were asked to throw arrows at the remaining housemates as a way of instilling fun into the contest. Denzel asked for Tanzania’s rep Nando to go out on all fours while Huddah made a rather subtle approach by asking for Dellish to make the beds of fellow diamond housemates.
