Not too long ago one of Africa’s true living music
legend Angelique Kidjo visited Nigeria for the first time after over four
decades.
It was a visit long overdue as described by Kidjo,
to add to her excitement she was also billed to perform for the first time in
Nigeria.
Kidjo is a multiple award winner, the Grammy awards
being one of her many accolades.
It was a great pleasure, one that would not be
forgotten quickly, to have her grace “The Seat” and share her stories,
challenges as well as motivating moments with us.
Angelique Kidjo sure sits in a class of her own.
