2016 is just not letting
up with the shots firing, and beef cooking. It seems Kanye has owned it all in
February with a lot of controversy leading up to the release of his album,
TLOP. But it continues now that the album is released with his shots fired at
Taylor Swift. In the song, Famous, Yeezy is quoted as saying “I feel like me and Taylor might still have
sex, I made that b*tch famous.” Oh boy! You didn’t just go there Kanye and
we all thought they had buried that and were cool once again.
Taylor
Swift’s brother pretty much summed up his feelings about it, by throwing a pair
of Yeezy’s his own in the trash “Getting a head start of spring cleaning”.
In addition to that, according to popular US
blogger, Perez Hilton, Swift’s rep, Tree Paine, said that Taylor Swift did not
approve of the “mysogynistic message, and also cautioned him about releasing
the song. Initially word was that Kanye had giving Swift a heads up. “Kanye
did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single Famous on
her Twitter account. She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with
such a strong misogynistic message. Taylor was never made aware of the actual
lyric, ‘I made that b*tch famous.‘”
