Singer Adele has
bought a mansion in a top secret sale that no one knew about until now.
Secret scopes have it that the singer plunked down $9.5
million on a 6,600 square foot home in one of the most exclusive,
celebrity-populated gated communities in L.A. County.
The seller had asked for
$9.9 million, but Adele was able to get the 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a pool, a
tree-house and outdoor train set house after some bargain. She would be having
a swell neighbor time with the likes of Jennifer Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher, Mila
Kunis, Cameron Diaz and Nicole Richie who are just next door.
Adele who is still on tour sealed the deal a month
ago and is yet to move in due to her tour schedule.
