Kenneth Obinna Okolie Mr Nigeria 2010 has finally popped the big question to his long time heartthrob Mariam Kess Momoh who is a graduate of Benson Idahosa University who had participated in a beauty pageant,the 2010 Miss Nigeria,which was organized by ex-Beauty Queen Nike Osinowo. He did it too in style over a candle-lit dinner in a quiet and nice setting in Lagos where he resides.

Kenneth has successfully shielded his love life from prying eyes and made no news ever about romance with any lady until the 29th of October 2011 when he stunned many by stepping out for the first time with Mariam. He stormed the Silverbird Galleria where the Mr.Nigeria competition held to compulsorily relinquish his crown after a successful reign that exposed him to pleasure trips around the globe. Kenneth arrived the event venue with this stunning beauty who clung onto him like his wallet.

Kenneth Obinna Okolie Nigeria’s representative at the Mr. World 2010 competition where he took the 2nd runner-up position in the global contest is a 25 year old graduate of Valley View University, Accra, Ghana. He won the Mr. Nigeria 2010 competition which was organized by the Silverbird Entertainment Group and earned the right to represent Nigeria at the Mr. World competition which was held in Korea.
  

He was a victim of a near death experience where he miraculously survived from a robbery incident that left him with gun shot wounds. On the night of Tuesday, January 4, 2010 while driving home unknown gun men ambushed him and shot him severally after robbing him of his jewellery and accessories worth N350, 000.

Survivor Okolie who was rushed to the hospital on time by good Samaritans in the neighbourhood recounted his ordeal revealing that the doctors had already removed six bullets from his body.

"I was driving on the street so I slowed down. All of a sudden some guys just came out from nowhere on a bike and on the side walk. I wanted to move but one of them just shot in the air so I had to come down slowly. They took my chains, white gold, and wristwatch, wallet containing my complementary cards, ID card and ATM card but there was no money in the wallet. All the things they took from me amounted to N350, 000 or thereabout and I was trying to plead with them but they cursed in Yoruba language. I was shot seven times but six bullets have been removed already". According to him the robbers took to their heels when the residents of the area started screaming  Ole Ole (thief) leaving him by his Prado jeep as he writhed in pain.

After his reign, he went on to set up his business firm "KENWORTH Continental Limited" an events and lifestyle outfit through which he had been engaging in many ventures. The firm is mainly into:

Recently, he came up with a beauty pageant titled "MISS ENDOWED AFRICA 2012" which is fashioned for plus size ladies who are bold and beautiful. There will be auditions in 4-5 West African countries. A total of 20 ladies will be selected. The lucky selected ladies would be kept in a comfortable camp where they would be groomed and tutored on the different attributes that make a perfect African woman. They would be catered for and handled by expert coaches who would take turns in seeing that each of the contenders would stand out in competing for the spot of the final winner. Different activities would be mapped out to engaged them in various rudimentary tasks. The eventual winner of the contest will walk away with $20,000 and a Brand new car.
