South South based entertainer ‘Mr Generall’ known
for his previous hit ‘Oyeneku’ returns with the video to his new hit dance
track ‘Tilay Mental’ featuring G One which is currently receiving a great deal of airplay in Port
Harcourt. The video was shot in the heart of Port Harcourt City and directed by
J Royalty.
