Former Big Brother housemate Betty Aberra (Ethiopia)
may soon be in the line of a legal battle as some lawyers in her country are
preparing to sue her for having sex in the Big Brother house.
According to Ethiopikalink a local radio show in
Ethiopia, the lawyers are suing the former housemate for having sex in public
which according to Ethiopian law is an offence. If convicted, Betty could face
up to six years in prison for the offence.
Betty who was evicted from the BBA House on the
fourth week of the show had sex with fellow Housemate, Bolt (Sierra-Leone)
three days after entering the BBA House. She is reportedly facing nationwide
condemnation from groups who have asked media companies to boycott her.
