Superstars Wande Coal, May D, Dr Sid, Seyi Shay,
Shank and Tunde Ednut were all on hand last Thursday, November 28 at SIP Lounge
to thrill fans and club revellers at the latest edition of ‘At The Club’ with
Remy Martin, with DJ Sose and DJ Baggio controlling proceedings on the decks.
As always, Remy Martin, the Cognac Company, in
association with Trace Urban and Beat FM, have outdone themselves yet again by
putting on one of the most show-stopping club events of the year so far, with
fans and revellers already clamouring heavily for another instalment of ‘At The
Club’ with Remy Martin.
With several special guests including football star
Obafemi Martins partying and revelling with Remy Martin, Wande Coal, May D, Dr
Sid, Seyi Shay, Shank and Tunde Endut provided exciting and glorious live
performances of their hit singles to great rave reviews and teeming fans.

Following the success of the original
song Ghetto, which has won 2 awards already; best pop video at the Nigerian
Music Video Awards (NMVA) 2012 and music video of the year at the Nigeria
Entertainment Awards (NEA) 2013, Shank drops Ghetto Remix ft Seun Kuti, Davido,
Kayswitch and Vector
As you know, the original was a huge
success which enjoyed major airplay all over Nigeria as well as in the UK,
Malaysia, South Africa, Dubai, Ghana and Benin Republic. However, it wasn't
enough, hence the need to produce the remix.
After pondering over the idea for over a
year, Seun Kuti, Davido, Vector and Kayswitch were called upon to add their
artistic skills since they are all masters in this game. All 4 of them came
with loads of hits behind them to bless the track while Shank laced the
original chorus with a few bars and of course Sarz on the decks lacing out the
beat as usual and Dr Frabz helped with the mixing and mastering.
To drop a remix like no other “Mother of
all remixes”, Patrick Elis who shot the video in the ghetto and urban parts of
Lagos and added another creative ghetto element to this master-piece. The
cameos in this project doubled the original. They include General Pype, B-Red,
Ghetto P, Dr Frabz, Npz, Ice-berg Slim, Danagog, Efa, Pelli, Deevee (DB Records),
MoBlow to mention a few.
Ghetto remix is
street/club/afro-beat/pop and with 5 of the most talented artistes in Nigeria,
fans are in for a treat. This video is sure to capture their attention have
them hitting the replay button.

DRIBBLE is a female football tournament aimed at
promoting the versatility, strength and competitive abilities of today’s
females even as we celebrate the female gender. The event also serve as a
platform to create awareness and various issues affecting women in our society,
hence the theme for this year is "THE BREAST CANCER AWARENESS
CAMPAIGN".
The first edition was held on the 17th of November
2012 at the Campos mini stadium, Lagos Island and had 8 teams contest for the
top prize. TeamClassiq emerged as winners of the tourney, but it was not all
about winning as the ladies showed character, team work and endurance while
they had fun. first edition featured celebrities like Skales, Shank, Dpzle,
Morachi, Lamborgini, Kollertunz and Adams of Soundcity.
